I would join the lawsuit too. They have been a nightmare beyond belief and am actually leaving my current employer in big part for using this group.

It's near impossible to get accurate info and NO one has done anything they have committed to do.

I spent 8 hours (that is not an exaggeration. Entire day off) on 12.3.18 trying to get information on how they were charging/pricing claims. No one at BriovaRx or OptumRx could answer. Had to have HR also call with me and they still could not get information.

Called again tonight and the rep could not give me the allowed/contracted amount for the medication. Said I would be emailed tomorrow which won't happen.

I am going to review this with some attorney's I know that go after larger organizations such as these guys and are based out of Boston.

Anyone making progress on it let me know. We need to get the lawsuit in gear and it needs to be class action.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
